Principal
Since joining ME Engineers in 2010 principal Laura Marchand has worked on a wide variety of projects that includes laboratories, health care facilities, commercial projects, higher education facilities, K-12 schools, residential developments, and sports stadiums and arenas.
Laura has always loved math and science. She studied physics at college but chose to pursue a career in engineering because it allowed her to use math and science in a way that left a positive and tangible impact on people and society at large.
She believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people enjoy, experience, and benefit from a project once it is open and operating.
Laura serves as a mentor to young engineers, nurturing their professional development and helping them explore how best to use their talents and skills. Away from work Laura enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good book.
