Chris Parsons
Director
Chris is an office Director within our London office with 25 years experience on varied and prestigious projects. The successful delivery of a number of sports, commercial, healthcare, public sector, and leisure developments, both refurbishment and new build, provide a balanced mixture of project knowledge. His understanding of site installation and construction sequencing provides a practical approach to design development.
He is an experienced Public Health Engineer and has been Project Manager / Team Leader for 12 years. He has excellent communication, motivational, and management skills and demonstrates a good understanding of clients’ requirements. Working closely with the architect and as part of an integral project team, he takes great pride in delivering coordinated and integrated design solutions.
Chris started his career on-site as a plumber before transferring to contracting, then onto building services consulting. Outside of work, Chris values the time he spends with family. Other than family, his time is focused around redeveloping his home as well as maintaining and restoring his classic Porsche.
