Right out of high school Art started work in building facilities where he learned to read drawings. This experience kindled his imagination to understand more about the actual design of building systems and the career that followed. With the firm for over 30 years, Art is responsible for project electrical design and management. He has broad and comprehensive experience developing electrical distribution systems, fire alarm systems, and life-safety systems for various building types including significant work with sports facilities and high-rise hospitality/residential projects.
His comprehensive hands-on experience in construction administration activities, particularly for fast-track projects, gives him a seasoned perspective in the development and evaluation of value engineering, cost estimating, and oversight through construction and project closeout.
