Yuchen Xiao has been fascinated by how things work and fit together since school. Her first job in engineering quickly revealed how much she enjoys building and solving real-world problems, confirming that she had chosen the right career path.
At ME Engineers, she continues to follow that passion, contributing to interesting and impactful projects while benefiting from supportive colleagues who have helped her grow both professionally and personally.
Yuchen finds solving client challenges deeply rewarding, and she particularly enjoys seeing a completed building, saying, “It’s always exciting to see a building completed and know you were part of making it happen.”
Outside of work, Yuchen stays active and adventurous, enjoying tennis, travel, and hiking.
