Nick Engen has always been drawn to business, but it was a high school accounting class that first sparked his interest in finance. He quickly realized how financial decisions affect nearly every part of a company, and with a natural aptitude for working with numbers, he decided to pursue a career in finance.
As Global CFO, he finds the most rewarding part of his job is helping businesses understand their finances and using that clarity to make informed decisions that drive long-term success. He enjoys working at ME Engineers‑-a company known for delivering world-class projects alongside talented and driven professionals. Contributing to the company’s long-term direction and developing strong, high-performing teams are among the highlights of his role.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys golf – a passion he developed while playing collegiate golf at the University of Wisconsin–Madison—as well as fishing, skiing, and spending time with his family.
