Rejuvenation of a 1950’s building into a modern research test site
This $63 million renovation updated a 1950’s structure with a curtain wall engineered to maximize daylight and optimize insulation. Interiors were re-organized and spaces added for more classrooms, labs, and 3D printing areas. To be constructed in 2 phases to maintain continuous use of the building. Target: LEED Gold.
