Appointed by the De Vere Hotel and Leisure Group as the selected framework partner for MEP design services on their 5-star brand hotels, which included Grade II listed University Arms Hotel, Cambridge. The works associated with the 5-star chain involved the complete refurbishment of each hotel along with the provision of new restaurants and health spas.
