Phase 2 of the campus development to create a central science complex
The project consists of a 2-level, 24,000 SF physics/math/computer science building and a 16,000 SF environmental studies building, which is partially below grade.
Sustainable features include evaporative pre-cooling of outside air stream, 85% efficient air filters, single-duct VAV System, individual zone controls for each class module, waterless urinals, extensive lighting controls, and lobby monitor display of building energy used and operating conditions. LEED Silver certified.
