The transformation of a former airport into a national model of urban redevelopment
The transformation of the former Stapleton airport into a 3,000-acre community included five planning areas and over thirty filings. Within each planning area and filing, ME Engineers performed the dry utility master planning and design services, lighting design, and master planning services. The neighborhood now boasts over 10,000 residents, six schools, 200 shops, restaurants, and commercial spaces.
