St. Barnabas Hospital and Wellness Care Center

The project is the construction of approximately 30,000 SF of core and shell space into St. Barnabas Hospital, a pioneering community health and wellness clinic in the Bronx. The clinic incorporates healthcare facilities including an Urgent Care center, Women, Infants and Children treatment and training center, Women’s Health center, and an Imaging center. Wellness facilities include a  gym, fitness classrooms, treatment rooms, and a nutrition center with classroom, event space, and a full service teaching kitchen. ME Engineers has worked with the base building architects, Dattner Architects, to provide core and shell MEP systems and services to support the fit out, and with Envision Architects for the fit out.
