The new 3-story, 63,750 SF physical education facility includes a new fitness center, a rock climbing wall, dance studios, locker rooms, and administrative offices. The project also includes the renovation of an existing gym. A new, closed-loop, central cooling plant located in the building’s basement provides chilled water and thermal energy storage. LEED Platinum certified.
