The $150 million expansion consists of 110,000 SF of new ballrooms and exhibit hall, a 400,000 SF renovation of existing space, and a 5-story parking structure. It features state-of-the-art technology systems and was phased to allow continued operation of major spaces during renovation. LEED Gold certified.
