New high school campus with the ability to accommodate multiple future buildings
New $40 million campus consists of two academic wings, gymnasium, athletic fields, administration, arts, music, and cafeteria buildings built on a Greenfield site.
Variable air volume air distribution with hydronic reheat serve most multizone areas and dedicated variable air volume handles large open spaces. Plumbing services included natural gas for science rooms, compressed air for shops and science areas, high efficiency condensing recirculated water heaters, and anti-flood basin system for water entry backflow preventers with central security alarm. Target: LEED Gold.
