The new City Hall consolidates all city services under one roof

The new $127 million, 210,000 SF, 9-story City Hall houses the city’s utilities department, public works and permit application center, a City Council chamber with seating for 300, and a new Development Service Center. The project includes surface parking for 600 cars, and a new civic center park and plaza. LEED Gold certified.
