Netflix Headquarters

Developed by Sand Hill Properties, Netflix Headquarters consist of two new buildings connected by a bridge. Phase I of the project includes 250,000 SF across two buildings with Phase II adding an additional 250,000 SF to the site. The use of warm colors, natural materials, and abundant daylighting create a relaxed and collaborative workspace. A ground floor cafeteria and courtyard between the two buildings serve as the main gathering place. The buildings were designed to accommodate state-of-the-art technology office requirements. The facility also includes a parking garage.
