As the first of several planned assisted living facilities on its campus, the two-story Cottage has 20 living spaces with a common kitchen, dining area, living room, den, patios, BBQ, gardens and a child care facility. The Cottage forms the core of a planned ‘Neighborhood of Care’ on 12 acres that meets comprehensive resident needs with skilled nursing, learning center, community center, chapel and retail support. LEED Silver certified.
