McGregor Square

McGregor Square, spanning a full city block across from Coors Field, is an 852,000 SF mixed-use development centered around a 29,000 SF public plaza with a grass berm and multimedia screen. The project features three towers on a shared podium, offering 75,000 SF of retail and dining, a 400-car underground garage, 210,000 SF of Class A office space, 112 private residences, and the 182-room Rally Hotel. A sky bridge connects the towers, providing a shared gym and outdoor pool.
