Manzanita Village Residence Hall, University of California Santa Barbara

This 17-building complex houses 900 students in 3- and 4-story residence halls. Each building includes a lobby area, laundry and vending room, lounge with a view terrace, study room, and some units include kitchenettes. The project also includes modifications to the Carrillo Dining Commons building.
