New 100,000 SF,  5-story replacement library including a study commons, coffee bar, 60-station computer lab, group study rooms, multi-media preview rooms, and the capacity for over 300,000 books and bound volumes. The project scope included the relocation of site utilities and communications systems to accommodate the new facility.
