Holiday Inn Express Interstate Building

The project is a $12 million renovation of a 7-story historic building plus basement in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The building is approximately 49,750 SF, with 75 guest room units, ground level lobby, offices, basement level fitness and laundry facilities, meeting spaces, and a surface parking lot. ME’s scope includes the design of the HVAC system, BMS temperature control system, plumbing system, electrical power distribution, lighting system, and Fire Alarm system.
