BREEAM rated renovation of historic Victorian swimming baths

The heritage-listed facade of the Forest Hills Leisure Centre was preserved, while the interior was fully demolished to make way for a modern redevelopment. The new facility includes 25m and 16.7m swimming pools, gyms, training rooms, dance studios, updated changing facilities, and a cafe. The project achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
