New home of the Colorado Rockies offers panoramic views
The new 50,000-seat, three-tiered classic ballpark seats 50,000 spectators and provides panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver’s LoDo neighborhood. The ballpark features 4,400 club seats, “The Rockpile,” a 2,300 bleacher seating section, multiple concession and restaurant options. The project includes a central plant, high-efficiency system design, and the plumbing system incorporates a newly patented winter/summer drain for the seating areas. The fiber optic telecommunication design was the first of its kind to be used in any major professional facility in the U.S.
