This 1.4 million SF expansion doubled the size of the existing convention center
The $268 million, 1.4 million SF expansion doubles the size of the existing convention center. The expansion features 600,000 SF of exhibit space, 35,000 SF of meeting space, a new ballroom, a 5,000 fixed-seat auditorium, a new 1,000 space parking garage, and a pedestrian bridge that connects the convention center with the adjacent performing arts complex.
