Charles Schwab Corporate Campus

A new $230 million, 650,000 SF office campus consolidates the Charles Schwab Denver-area functions into one contiguous campus for 2,800 people. The facility contains three 5-story office buildings, a 2-story retail branch, and two parking garages. The campus features a Tier III data center, telepresence center, fully functional kitchen and 15,000 SF employee dining center, which includes a green roof. Two of the office buildings have been certified LEED Gold, and the customer retail building has been certified LEED Platinum. The building’s MEP systems were designed as single structures.
