Baltimore’s CFG Bank Arena undergoes a substantial renovation, with sustainability at its core.
A substantial overhaul of the 400,000 SF arena involves the comprehensive replacement of the arena’s aged electrical and plumbing infrastructure, and a significant rework and replacement of the mechanical systems. ME Engineers also transformed the arena’s ventilation system and incorporated state-of-the-art technology throughout the building.
The arena serves as a key anchor to Baltimore’s West side, helping to drive further investment and development in the area.
