The $1.4 billion renovation of EverBank Stadium transforms the 1.5 million SF venue into a state-of-the-art destination. The project introduces a new ETFE roof canopy covering a 70,000-seat bowl, expanded concourses, premium clubs and suites, upgraded concessions, and fully modernized team facilities. Branded the “Stadium of the Future,” the renovation preserves only the existing concrete structure while reimagining all other elements to deliver a next-generation fan experience.
