Multi-year phased renovation of 10 floors of this vertical law school campus
Work included the renovation and modernization of seven floors of public lobby, classrooms, lecture halls, moot court rooms, administrative spaces, and bathrooms totaling more than 100,000 SF. Systems included new air handlers, power and lighting, fire alarm system, sprinkler system, infrastructure for classrooms and IT, and courtroom equipment.
