Multi-year phased renovation of 10 floors of this vertical law school campus
A comprehensive renovation and modernization of seven floors, encompassing over 100,000 SF of public lobbies, classrooms, lecture halls, moot courtrooms, administrative offices, and restrooms. Upgrades included the installation of new air handling units, power and lighting systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, IT infrastructure for classrooms, and state-of-the-art courtroom equipment.
