The location of this classic 42,000-seat ballpark with sweeping views of the San Francisco Bay provided just two-thirds of the space usually needed for a Major League ballpark. Working within a tight, urban footprint and constricted infrastructure required special considerations for piping, ductwork, cable trays, and the placement and routing of equipment.
