The $14.5 renovation of the 12-story, 208,000 SF mixed-use office tower features a new curtainwall facade, hospitality-style lobby with a café and bar, flexible meeting spaces, a wellness center, and a rooftop terrace. The project also includes upgrades to the chiller plant and building management system.
