LEED Silver certified renovation to create new office space for not-for-profit companies
Gut renovation of 80,000 SF of existing space at the J.P. Morgan building to construct new office space for a consortium of not-for-profit companies. Work includes new HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, standpipe, power, lighting, and telecom systems. The project received LEED Silver certification. A follow-up project four years after the completion of the original work renovated an additional 15,000 SF.
