Nick DeLuca began his career designing HVAC and propulsion systems for naval surface ships, fueling his passion for challenging projects involving complex systems, unique environments, and tight spaces.

Understanding the operational strategies of a building, Nick tailors the MEP design to meet a project’s needs from construction through the building’s life cycle, cultivating enduring client relationships.

Dedicated to enhancing engineering practices at ME, he actively contributes to developing standards and quality assurance processes. His commitment extends to mentoring young engineers, emphasizing proactive communication within the design team.

During his off time, Nick enjoys birding, cooking for family and friends, and exploring the latest offerings at his local arthouse cinema.
