ME Engineers Announces New Global Leadership
ME Engineers has named Jeff Sawarynski, PE, Co-CEO, responsible for overseeing ME Engineers’ Americas division. With nearly three decades of experience at ME, Jeff brings substantial knowledge to the position. He has played a pivotal role in ME’s growth, building the firm’s portfolio of ambitious projects that include the NHL’s and MLB’s first LEED-certified facilities, and the first Zero Carbon Certified arena in the world, Climate Pledge Arena. Jeff will continue advancing ME Engineers’ reputation for designing and executing complex, world-class engineering projects.
Paul Hillier, CEng, has been named Co-CEO for ME Engineers’ Europe and Middle East divisions. Paul has been with ME for over 24 years and he has a track record for delivering iconic sports venues and commercial developments throughout the UK and beyond. His projects include the retractable roof at No. 1 Court at AELTC Wimbledon, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club Training Centre, and Al Bayt Stadium, a host stadium for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Brian Kannady, PE, is taking on a new role as ME’s Chief Operating Officer. In this capacity Brian will manage the day-to-day business operations and project oversight for ME Engineers. Brian has been with ME since 1998 and is responsible for some of the firm’s most notable commercial, science & technology, healthcare and higher education projects. Among his recent accomplishments is his leadership of ME Engineers’ role in the design of the Sphere.
