Modular broadcast facility for the US Open Tennis Championships
The 30,000 SF broadcast facility is used for broadcasting the US Open Tennis Championships around the world. The facility is fabricated from a modular design that can be arranged as necessary without the need for demolition and new construction. The facility provides space for equipment rooms, control rooms, and administrative personnel.
In addition to providing HVAC and normal and emergency power systems design, ME Engineers also provides the yearly installation of this unique structure over the two weeks of the U.S. Open. The ME team is on-site during the tournament collecting performance data and monitoring infrastructure operations to optimize the player and fan experience.
