A complete refurbishment of Summit House comply with the highest standards of the British Council for Offices (BCO). Renovations include a reception area addition, demolition and addition of the 6th floor, and the unification of the internal arrangement of the two buildings. The reduction of energy use through holistic and passive design measures, energy efficient LED systems, and use of renewable energy sources, including photovoltaic panels and a bio-diverse green roof, resulted in a BREEAM 2011 rating of excellent.
