A $275 million, 756,000 SF renovation and expansion of the convention center includes new exhibit space, ballrooms, pre-function space, meeting rooms, and a new parking structure. The project also provides a new facade and 4 new hospitality suites to the 23,500-seat Rupp Arena. The Convention Center and Arena are part of an complex that includes a retail center and major hotel.
