New 250,000 SF tower is four-story plus basement and consists of surgical, critical and acute beds with 11 state-of-the-art surgical suites and procedure rooms. The project features clean room technology with an innovative HEPA airflow system, and included construction of a new utility tunnel and re-routing of existing utilities.
