Champions Center, University of Colorado Boulder

The 212,000 SF Champions Center combines all University of Colorado Boulder athletic departments into a single, state-of-the-art facility. Designed to support student-athletes, it offers premier amenities, including cutting-edge training areas, modern locker rooms, team lounges, dining spaces, administrative offices, three levels of underground parking, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views of Folsom Field and the Boulder Flatirons.

The Center houses the Indoor Practice Facility, a 109,000 SF net-zero energy venue featuring an artificial turf football field and a six-lane, 300-meter track. It also includes the advanced Sports Medicine and Performance Center, which provides medical offices, imaging services, and dedicated rehabilitation spaces. Adjacent to the Indoor Practice Facility is Franklin Field, a 106,000 SF outdoor grass practice field.

The project also includes renovations to the 38,000 SF Dal Ward Athletic Center, updating its Olympic Sports Training Center, locker rooms, lounge areas, and academic support services.
