Designed as part of San Diego’s new transit hub, the Park-to-Bay Link, this mixed-use development gives residents easy access to work and entertainment venues. It consists of a 19-story high-rise residential tower with 299 units and a 5-story, 93,000 SF office building with 25,000 SF of ground floor retail built over parking. LEED Silver certified.
