ME Engineers served as the owner’s representative for the design-build, $250 million, 11-story student residence and village center completed in two phases. Poly Canyon Village provides residential, recreational, and retail facilities for 2,700 students with support facilities of retail, grocery, recreation center, post office, two parking structures, and emergency power cogeneration. LEED Gold certified.
