Sustainable hospital complex is one of the largest single construction projects done through Integrated Project Delivery

Phase I included site utility planning, a 10-level, 450-bed hospital, and new central utility plant to accommodate the buildings and a planned Phase II medical office building. The facility features sustainable design consistent with that for LEED certification. Using a sophisticated building management system, it operates with low energy and water consumption and high efficiency HVAC systems are emphasized. The stress-reducing and healing powers of nature, utilizing daylight, views, and access to the outdoors.
