    The 55,000 sf, $8.9M center includes a gymnasium, cardiovascular equipment and testing, free weights, resistance weight training, racquetball, and various exercise and administration areas.  Air handling includes both dedicated and zoned variable air volume. Cooling and heating are generated by an air cooled chiller and natural gas fired boiler plant.

Electrical systems include daylighting controls and permanent connections for a portable generator. LEED Gold certified.

    The 120,000, $33M sf complex has HVAC systems utilizing a geo-exchange ground loop system feeding water-to-air and water-to-water heat pumps as well as a traditional variable air volume reheat system with
  • chilled and heating water generated by water-to-water heat pumps. LEED Silver certified.

    The 23,000 sf, $5M building includes a 14 firing lane baffle range, training, administration and control areas. Exhaust and makeup air systems are variable speed with radial diffusers providing laminar flow for health of occupants at the firing line.

    The 180,300 sf, $62M complex is one of a select few nationwide pursuing Net Zero energy. It consists of nine buildings of enlisted and officer’s quarters, administration, storage sheds, and Area Distribution Node with emergency power. HVAC consists of Variable Refrigerant Volume space conditioning coupled to Heat Recovery Ventilators. Domestic hot water is supported by solar hot water panels. Target: LEED Gold and Silver.
