    This new 5-story, 72,000 sf facility contains a large 2-story black box theater, performance capture studio, green screen stage for HD video, art gallery, screening room, faculty offices and support spaces delivered via a design-build format. Innovation energy efficiency strategies were used. The interior theater and gallery are designed with full climate controls. Smaller spaces and corridors are naturally ventilated. A cross ventilation and cooling system was developed through wind tunnel tests. LEED Platinum certified.
