  • Skinners School Tunbridge Wells

    The MEP detailed design was a new build and renovation utilizing Revit. Energy reductions were achieved through a biomass boiler for all space heating and domestic hot water generation. Suspended multi service rafts incorporate electrical and acoustic requirements. BREEAM Very Good rating.

    MEP design for the New Wilmington Academy as part of the Building Schools for the Future programme. The design complies with BB101 and incorporates sophisticated natural ventilation engineering solutions underpinned by rigorous CFD modeling. The scheme also includes 400m2 of photo-voltaic panels to ensure that it complies with government energy targets including building bulletins.
